Availability & Booking
How can I check availability and prices?
Availability and prices can be checked directly on our website. Select your check-in and check-out dates and the number of guests, then click Search. All available accommodations and prices for your dates will be displayed, and you can book directly online.
Do you provide price quotations by email, phone, or WhatsApp?
We do not provide individual price quotations by email, phone, or WhatsApp. All availability and prices are always updated and visible on our website. If the website shows availability for your selected dates, it means the accommodation can be booked for that period.
Is it possible to book directly online?
Yes, all reservations can be completed directly through our website.
Is there a minimum stay?
Yes. The usual minimum stay is two or three nights. During high season, longer minimum stays may apply. Closer to the arrival date, shorter stays often become available. If the website shows availability for your search, it means the stay length you selected can be booked.
Location & Walking Distance to the Sea
How far is Casale Orgogliosa from the sea?
The sea is about 10 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by car.
How is the walking path to the beach?

The walking route includes:
- a section of dirt road through vineyards and a small wooded area,
- a short stretch of quiet asphalt road,
- the crossing of the Adriatic road (with traffic, to be crossed with care),
- access to the Via Verde dei Trabocchi (cycle path) and then the beach.
The Casale is located about 65 meters above sea level, so the return walk includes an uphill section. Please note that part of the path is not illuminated at night.
Accommodation & Services
Do all accommodations have a kitchen?
Yes, all rooms and apartments have a kitchenette, equipped with an electric cooktop, refrigerator, and basic utensils for preparing simple meals.
Do the rooms have a balcony or patio?
Almost all accommodations have a private balcony, patio, terrace, or direct outdoor access. Only one room, Pedonia, does not have a private balcony or patio.
Pedonia, however, has easy access to the shared indoor and outdoor common areas, including the garden and pool area.
Whether a room has a private balcony or patio is clearly specified in the description of each accommodation on our website, together with photos and details.
Are bed linen and towels included?
Yes. Beds are fully made on arrival, and clean towels are provided at the beginning of the stay.
Is there a linen or towel change during the stay?
For standard stays, there is no automatic mid-stay change of bed linen or towels.
Can I request extra towels, linen changes, or room cleaning?
Yes. Extra towel changes, bed linen changes, or additional room cleaning are available on request, subject to availability, and an extra charge applies.
Breakfast
Is breakfast included?
Yes, breakfast is included in the price.
What kind of breakfast is served?
Breakfast is a simple Italian breakfast, served self-service, and includes:
coffee or cappuccino, tea, water, fruit juice, yoghurt, milk, bread, butter, honey, spreads, and a daily local treat.
Please note that gluten-free bread is not available.
Pets
Are pets allowed?
Yes, pets are welcome. An additional fee applies per pet, per night.
Are there dog-friendly beaches nearby?
Yes, there are official dog-friendly beaches reachable by car, such as:
- Yoki Beach – Dog & Family
- Bau Dog Beach di Doricci (Lido Riccio)
There are also natural, unorganized beaches reachable on foot where dogs are often tolerated, especially in more rocky and wild areas. Please note that local rules may vary and are not always clearly indicated.
Transportation & Parking
Is a car necessary?
A car is recommended if you wish to explore inland areas and nearby villages. The coast, beaches, and the Via Verde cycle path can also be enjoyed without a car.
Is parking available?
Yes, free parking is available on the property.
Is EV charging available?
Yes, EV charging is possible via a standard electrical plug near the parking area. Charging is suitable for overnight use. An extra fee applies.
Check-in & Check-out
What time is check-in?
Check-in is from 3:00 pm.
Can we arrive earlier?
Yes, you may arrive earlier. If the accommodation is not ready yet, you can park, leave your luggage, and enjoy the shared outdoor areas while waiting.
What time is check-out?
Check-out is by 10:00 am.
